Go for it.

I would have this already if I didn't do the BRZ mod.

the headers and catback are ridiculous. so close to ordering the headers. seems way too good to be true.

Has anybody tried these before? Would be nice to know how good they are before I decide to go for them.

Rallisportracing! They actually do UEL headers, cat pipes, and a few exhaust/muffler delete options!

Yes, it's because he makes them on the spot with orders. Unless you email him and ask if he has any used ones for sale.

Yeah I'm aware of how he works, it's pretty unique and probably worth the wait.

I'm happy with my exhaust right now. Enough rumble to keep me happy and not loud enough to get unwanted attention.

Those exhaust components look great from rallisportracing! When my warranty is up that's what I'm going with.

Get a hold of him some time before your warranty expires to see if he has any on hand.

I had him make one for me and waited about 5 months. Cant recall exactly but it was a WHILE. Wasnt in any hurry because its not as though I was looking for any gain. This was almost 2 years ago now.

Anyhow, EXTREMELY happy with it. Not loud, not quiet.

From what I've seen here, the BRZ exhausts fit pretty well, so I was thinking of getting a BRZ performance catback exhaust, quad tipped.
I'm not really sure about catback stuff, I only have an axleback, and I'm debating a whole catback vs a simple resonator swap. Another thing I hadn't mentioned that's a great mod is the strut tower brace. There has been a lot of discussion on how much it helps, and I can tell you, after an upgraded sway bar and tires, it helps a LOT in keeping the car planted, fighting body roll and steering precision. I actually am shocked at how much flex is in the stock strut towers (this may be a deliberate design decision). I got the Cusco model and am very impressed.

Yes, for the headers at least. Deleting a catalytic converter = CEL.

The cat-back will not cause a CEL though.

Congrats on the new Subaru. I also got an Impreza - was looking at the WRX, but ultimately decided to go with the regular one for much the same reasons you did and the aweful weather we have here in Buffalo for almost half a year (also because I don't currently have a garage).

Just curious, the LEDs you mention - are they for tail lights?

Yeah, a strut tower brace is a great mod. I installed the STI brace for the front towers, and there was a very noticeable improvement in handling right away. I'm getting a 20mm rear sway bar installed today, we'll see how that goes.
Also looking into getting a rear strut tower brace, just have to figure out what'll fit the car.
STI springs are probably in the future too, because coilovers are expensive and I want to keep as much ground clearance as possible.

The cat-back will fit with or without their headers.

There's still another pipe between the headers and cat-back portion of the exhaust.

Keep me posted on the 20mm sway bar and the STI springs. I've been thinking of those exact same mods for the exact same reasons and can't decide where to go with it. I'm currently on 19mm and it doesn't NEED more, but it might be nice is my thought.

The springs would probably lower the car ever so slightly (like a half inch) which is fine, but if they provide better handling that would be cool. I wouldn't want to overdrive the already softly dampened struts though, so it makes me wonder if installing 2009 WRX springs and struts might be a clever idea.

I plan on running 2015+ WRX suspension when my stock suspension needs replacing. I've been finding cheap take-offs from people installing coilovers but I don't need to spend the money right now.

Will 2015 WRX suspension even fit? I didn't realize it was a bolt on? I assume you are referring to the struts and springs?
