Question Why do GIRLS!?! keep applying @ my work!?!

Man this sucks... I just hired a new girl and she's HOT!!! But VERY young(don't get any ideas Daniel!!! )

And I need to hire some guys cuz when it comes time to do the crappy heavy work, I feel bad making them take out the trash and stuff and move all the heavy crap around!!!

But the chick to guy quotient is 2:1!!! Most of which are not bad to say the least but d00d this sucks... Can't even do shat even if i wanted to..

Well I'm actually lookin for someone who can sell and work the hours around 9am to 6pm or so pretty much all week. But hours will likely vary between 8 to 24 per week with more hrs as we get closer to the holidays, but anyone interested better be HELLA good at talkin to people and gettin them to buy stuff they don't necessarily need! But that's the nature of the business. Oh and by the end of Sept.

actually I go over every application myself and only call back those that have the availability I need and have some experience and that they're at least 16 years old but preferably 18+. Oh and that question about being convicted of a felony is REALLY important.

What IS it that you sell?

Speaking of talking to customers. Man, everyday I have to save thousands of dollars and lots of accounts from being withdrawn out and brought to another bank. You can't believe how many people I have to calm down just because they don't understand how to work with and keep track of their own money. @_@

Daios/Eric or anyone else I know, try applying at World Savings in Hayward, right off the West Winton exit, and put my name down as a reference. I can vouch for ya and you'd have a better chance at getting hired. We're looking for someone who's like...not an idiot and can count. I'm sure you'd definately fit the bill. If you get hired, I get $50 if you're working part-time, $100 if you're full-time, I'll split the money with ya! HAHAHA! We're dying here. ;_;

The plus is that we close earlier than most of the big name banks. On Saturdays, we close at 1, so you get out by 2 p.m. at the most. On your birthday, the manager will buy you lunch and stuff and maybe give you a day off. The people I work with is cool.

Sorry to hog your spotlight there Steve. ^_^;

Starting at $8.50 an hour. Yea, it's pretty low for a bank, but they don't require THAT much experience, otherwise they'd pay more. Hehe. They just wanted someone who's got a decent personality, able to stay calm, present themselves as an adult, willing to learn, can count money, and stuff. We're mostly looking for people who can work Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. If someone can work during the middle of the week too would be nice, but I personally think that Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays would be the days we need the most people. Fridays because we have extended hours until 6 p.m. Saturdays, because well, it's the weekend and that's one of the only days some people get to make a trip to the bank. Then we have Monday, the first day of the week, people get their business done early in the week, so that's why it's busy on Mondays. First and last weeks of the month are busy. In between ranges from "okay" to "damn, it's slow here."

One of the district managers had an interview with this one girl and the girl, at some point in the interview, said "screw that". My buddy, who's the assistant manager told me that some of the people he interviewed were like.."questionable" (I'll leave it at that). I dunno how good your odds if you know me, but they should be pretty good since I know a lot of customers, some other employees from other branches, and stuff. It's just that the manager's been hiring mostly girls at our branch and no, they aren't like, hot or anything to be honest. They're still really cool people to work with though. As long as you know how to keep busy, you've got a good shot at the job.

I didn't post the name of my store for a couple of specific reasons.

1. I didn't want a line of i-club horn dogs coming through my store to check out my associates.

2. Or coming in and asking for discounts cuz ya know me. Which is grounds for losing this oh so comfortable job.
