Aftermarket exhausts in NH (Nameless)?
Anyone have the Nameless axleback on a WRX hatch in the Seacoast area? Would like to hear it if anyone has it.
Also, any issues with the law or state inspections in NH? Would love to hear from anyone with aftermarket exhausts in NH and their experiences.

I just moved here, but I'm keeping my car registered in WA, so I can only help a little. I have an HKS Carbon-Ti exhaust. Its very noticeable. But not crazy loud. I've been pulled over twice so far, no mention of the exhaust.

Definitely depends where you go. Tried getting a $20 special at a local dealer (not seacoast), what a mistake. I think they lost money on that inspection, the tech spent over an hour tearing my car apart. He even put in gear while running on the lift (3k+ rpm). He even took my oil cap off.I was appalled. I don't let anyone work on my car from the hack jobs and incompetence I've seen in just a few years. Brought it to a shop a couple days after, know all the techs well, all was well. Running catless.
You won't have a problem, unless you drive like an asshat and are drawing attention to yourself. I wouldn't bring it to a dealer for inspection, you'll have a long laundry list possibly including "failure for no rear view" when the law states only both side mirrors are required. Just my. 02 |

I'm pretty far from you, but I have the Nameless cat back on my MY11. They have a lot more options now (mine was one of the first back in May 2011), but it's a decent product. The welds are solid, the flex pipe in the rear section is odd and I'm worried it will fail before anything else. The Magnaflow muffler has some surface rust already which is odd as the Magnaflow TurboXS setup I had on my MY02 looked like new after nine years. It sounds good, not loud enough to get any bad attention or fail inspection IMO.
