Default Trance's Housecleaning Thread: FREE and cheap stuff FS!

Sup guys. I've started to clean out my room and basement to get ready for the move in a couple of months, and while I've thrown away a lot of stuff there are still some things that I figured some people might want. I'll update the thread as I find more stuff, as I'm just getting started cleaning out the crib.

FREE STUFF!

I'm going to preface the "free stuff" by saying that I'm probably not going to ship any of this stuff. It's way easier for me to just throw this stuff in a box outside of the townhouse on trash day than it is to ship it to you, regardless of whether you pay for the shipping or not. If you want it, come pick it up
Car show HIN stuff: mini Scion xB model, Dunlop / Audiobahn lanyards, SPT catalog (good for looking up part #s), Subaru logo blinking buttons (good for car shows)

UTEC Manual and some random electronic fittings

Clicker snowboard stomp pad

FOR SALE STUFF! Buyer pays for shipping on this stuff

Ghillie suit hat. This thing is also badass, especially if you're a hunter or if you play paintball. It's basically a thin mesh with 3 dimenional camo cutouts that make it look like it's covered in leaves. - $5

Samsung EVOCA70S point and shoot film camera. I know most people have digital cameras nowadays, but I bought this before I played soccer in Germany when I was 16 and it took some unbelievable pictures... especially with black and white film. It's not a high end camera or anything, but it would be great for like your son or daughter. Uses a Lithium CR2 battery, I'll include one that I put in it to test it - $25

Drafting tools: All of this stuff I used for some of my interior design classes in college. It includes an architect's board (no stand or anything, just the board and the adjustable straight edge and pulleys so it moves up and down)...rest of the equipment is sold - $50 for the board

Gordon Biersch growler. You can take this to GB and get it filled up whenever you want with whatever beer you want of theirs for cheap. No clue what these go for, it looks tight though. - $10?

WRX car cover, Ebay variety. Fits WRX with or without a wing. Actually a pretty decent cover, I put it up for free here a while ago, but I think it's actually kind of nice so I'll put a price on it. - $10

STi and WRX spare donuts. Have one of each, don't know which is which, so if anyone knows how I can measure the bolt pattern, please let me know. - $15 each

5 Lexus 17" OEM 5-spoke wheels. Some of the sexiest OEM wheels ever! Includes 4 center caps, the fifth spare doesn't have one. The wheels are in decent condition, but some are curbed up from the previous owner. They still look good when they're cleaned up, or would make good candidates for refinishing or powdercoating if you're a perfectionist like me! Comes with 5 tires, 4 at about 10-15% life left, the fifth has plenty to go. I can take pictures of the wheels if anyone is interested. These would make awesome autoX or winter wheels.
Bolt pattern is 5 x 114.3. - $400 takes all 5

Check back for more stuff! Again, I'm just getting started cleaning this place out, so I'll add things as they turn up. I'm not going to take pictures of everything, but PM me if you have any questions or would like me to take some pics of whatever! Check my trader rating to see that I'm honest, I don't **** around!

I could use that wrx spare for making sub enclosures...but I don't know the correct way to measure the bolts.

Anyone?

Are you just using it for measuring purposes? I can probably figure out which is which from the wheel / tire diameter... but I bet they're both the exact same size. I'll measure when I get home from work tonight.

I'm surprised nobody has jumped on the Alpine speakers. That's a good price for BNIB!

+1 for these speakers, I have some in my car running off an Alpine amp and they sound amazing! I think I paid $175 plus shipping for them new, wish you were selling these six months ago.

Someone should buy them up quick before I decide to get some spacers and put them in my Lexus =)

These come with components and tweeters btw, as well as tweeter housings.

to figure out which is which take a paper plate and stick it on the underside of the spares and traced the wholes . . . the one with the smaller diameter is the 5x100 and the one with the larger is 5x114.3

i do this whenever i buy tires i trace the bolt pattern and then the shape of the hub and write down the correct offset for widths and the dimensions to keep from rubbing . . . i look like a doofus with a paper plate but i have yet to buy bad wheels off of craigslist

I had to use some fairly big spacers and some longer pins for the door cards, but they fit without any issues with the window or anything. I also sealed up the spacers with some molding putty from the craft store and sound deadened the door while I was in there. Easier than putting big speakers in the back doors, that's for sure.

It's not a full spare tire, it's the donut.

That's what I have!

I get confused, because my IS came with a full size spare wheel, not a donut.

Do you want the STi donut?
