Default 245/45/17x9 Question about rubbing...

I've tried to look around the site but couldn't find my answer.

I picked up 17x9 +37 wheels wrapped in 225/45 (yes, they're stretched) tires; they're currently on the car atm lowered on prodrive springs (barely any drop, has a lot of gap). This isn't the problem; right now it's time for me to pick up some new tires and I was wondering if I'd get any rubbing issues going with a 245/45 on Tein S. Tech spring setup.

Any help would be greatly appreciated; thanks!
