![]() I think the customer service experience like any other brand depends on the service center and location.
I had two mobile service appointment one at my house to replace my foggy tail light and it took 15 minutes and the second time mobile service came to my work with a new Tesla badge badge after removing it for PPF. I also had my FSD HW3.0 computer installed at the service center in under an hour. So far the service is been fantastic in my area. I did had some issues when ordering my car and Tesla changing my configuration because they thought there was an error and there wasn't delaying my delivery.

I think as there cash balance and business continues to expand, they will increase the service aspect of the business. I would not be surprised if Elon does another stock offering and really primes the beast for expansion. He should take the opportunity and do it now. Edit: Just read they are issuing another $5 billion in stock. Good for them, wish they would do more however. |

For Long Island we used to only have two service centers (Brooklyn and Nassau County). They are about to open a third in Suffolk County shortly. That will help with congestion. |

![]() My service issues were the actual delivery experience where nobody would pick up the phone, and the long wait for parts/poor response of the contracted body shop when I needed a new rear bumper. This was in 2019 though so maybe it's better. I know in Michigan they have expanded service since then.

![]() So Tesla was snubbed from getting into the S&P over the weekend. Looks to be a rough Tuesday start.
What's the word with the Semi? I'm assuming delayed / not happening in 2020 |

![]() I'm wondering if it is soon the time to buy TSLA stock after this drop runs out of steam.
Of course Tela knew this was going to happen and so they issued stock at the most recent peak in pricing. |

Lots of FOMO fools with weak hands surely got caught holding the bags. I can’t remember which large investment firm it was (I can google if needed) but they were buying billions in Tesla options and insuring it by buying the underlying stock for the last year. They have liquidated a significant portion of that which has also sent it down. |

![]() So I shouldn't have bought a couple more shares last week
![]() Was it this thread, or somewhere else that had this thought: "It's overpriced for right now, but cheap for 2030." But my Workhorse stock though.. $1 to $22 ![]() ![]() |

![]() Haha. I had one that wanted to party but I told her no, she had the herpes. Then I dated the bartender at the same place. No marriage though. Not until it's "equal" like they say, but with the finances and bills. Until then hide your daughters. ![]() |

The wood trim comes with the luxury package. Base models get the plain white plastic. |
