Default Am I Still At Risk For Turbo Creep?

Am I still at risk for turbo creep? I'm getting the COBB Stage 2 Power Package. It includes a AccessPORT programmer and the Turboback with the catalytic converter. Since I have the cat, am I safe? What can I do to completely eliminate turbo creep if I'm at risk?

I don't have any personal experience with the Cobb stage 2 setup. However, Cobb says you are not at risk and I do know that they know their stuff. So if they say your in good shape I would tend to believe them.
