well in that case, it seems like you were expecting too much from an injector supplier.
They can't possibly know every ecu of every car and how in depth the tuning solutions for each are. Technically they do drop in and tune like any other large injector. If you had tried any other injector in the 2000cc range, you would have had the same problem. So again, it wasn't ANY fault of ID. On that note, ID and COBB (with a smattering of MPS) are all working together in developing and testing injectors for our platform. So there shouldn't be any issues in the future as to what works and what doesn't.

Hopefully sooner rather than later. I'm going to need a set once Micah is finished with my motor.

I've been waiting throughout the whole tooling breaking, why would I rush now.
It's probably going to take me a few months to break in the motor anyways. |

Totally new to this e85 tuning. Do tuners charge more for converting your car to e85? Its crazy to me seeing vf39s with so little supporting mods on wrx hit decently high hp/tq

Tuners usually charge a small fee for a extra fuel map but that varies. |

E85 is completely different that 93 octane. You can not buy a 93% ethanol mix at the pump.

1 - you need to get the proper injectors/fuel pump for your setup
2 - you need to get a base map from your tuner 3 - you drive to teh pump, fill up with e85, then load the e85 map |

oh ok thanks, and the remaining fuel that you currently have in the vehicle prior to the e85 will just cycle out?

You can drain your tank and just fill up an few 5 gallon drums of e85. Most shops can do that for you if your tuning for different fuels

of course you want to either run it down to empty or drain it....you dont want to fill up with half a tank of 93 still in there.
having a little leftover gas in there is not a big issue. |

Anyone here running a 18g xt turbo on e85? Or something similar? If so can you tell me what your fuel set up is like? Type of pump, injectors? Etc.. I currently have a wallbro 255 fp right now and I was wondering if that would suffice, and Im running ID1000cc injectors. Do I need to upgrade anything else like a regulator or rails to convert to e85?
