Default Disney Buys 20th Century Fox - The Marvel of it all.

https://www.theverge.com/2017/12/14/...io-acquisition

So with Disney acquiring Fox, they now own all of the Fox based Marvel rights... meaning XMen, Fantastic Four, & DEADPOOL are now buck under the Marvel roof.

Also, yet another Simpsons (1998) prediction comes to fruition....

Do they own Starwars EP 4? From what I read this one was funded by Fox. Maybe we willeventusloy get the in remastered version of the trilogy.

Also, is Aliens on that bundle too? I could see good things happening in the future

It's a tad worrisome that all future movies are going to be Disney, but then again Disney have been kicking ass for a little while now.

And this is spectacular news for Marvel.

So how long before the world belongs to Disney? Thus there will finally be a literal Disney World. Will we all have to wear costumes to entertain the visiting aliens?

Does Disney ever release rated R movies? Are they going to ruin Deadpool?

I got excited that since Netflix and Fox couldn't come to terms and so Netflix lost It's Always Sunny, that this would fix that...then I remembered that Disney is starting it's own streaming service. It seems that after they own ALL the studios, that will be the one to subscribe to.

Yes. Through their Touchstone distribution label. And now, maybe Marvel... will have to see.

I wonder if Universal Studios will have to remove The Simpsons section of its park?

Disney now owns 30% of Hulu, so maybe they'll just use that instead of making their own.

Is Gotham still on?
If so, Disney now have their toe in the DC universe as well.

I was just thinking about the Simpsons stuff at Universal. My guess they will just have to pay licensing fees now.

Next Disney will buy DC and we'll finally get proper Justice League movies and maybe a crossover.

It deals with sex and there might be boob in it - so definitely R rated. Sex is evil and bad and you should be ashamed for thinking about it, let alone seeing a movie that has anything to do with sex. Really it should be rated X.

Now if you have a movie where God slaughters the entire planet, that's a nice wholesome G rated movie.

I'll be interested to see what they do with Xmen. Fox didn't do a bad job of them, especially the recent ones and Logan.

Fantastic 4 was garbage though.
