11+ wrx/sti (possible 08+) Aftermarket fog lights that fit into stock location?
Does anyone know of any lights that can mount into the stock mounting point of our bumpers?
the bumper has the built in section to hold the stock fog, im curious if anyone has gotten anything else to fit there.

Looking too. Heard how horrible the factory ones are. Just making plans for when the 13 comes in...

I agree with the blazer fogs. Also look into the fusion fogs. Check out hidplanet.com forums for more info.

I've been wanting to do this on my '11 STI...Same as the CUP car. I'm thinking they are the 04-05 JDM STi fogs just fitting in there.

With a retrofit, you won't even need fogs. I rewired mine to act as DRLs, they're at least useful for something (and it eliminates the problem of destroying high beam bulbs because of underpowering them).

Reply to that thread to show HTA that there is interest and that they would have people purchase them. If there is no market then they won't consider manufacturing them.

No progress? I take it nobody has fitted their 2011 wrx with useful aftermarket fogs?
Oh well, I have a light bar now, I might as well just throw lights on it and never use the factory fogs again. Still a waste though, hell I could be using 1 foglight hole for fresh air to my CAI and it would be more useful than it is now. |

check this out: http://www.subispeed.com/2015-subaru...l#.U_ZTWKNOAgw
It's only $87.50 for a pair if you don't include the HID's. Hope this helps. |
