Default Anybody have a CEL fix layin around that I can buy??

Well, my inspection is due and my catalyst threshold effeciency is low.... need cel fix to put on downpipe.

i have one that I made awhile back sitting around (i just reset my ecu and it worked fine...two weeks later i got the cel again for low cat efficiency ) I used high quality automotive wiring from weico or however you spell it. it's extra insulated so it doesn't short out on you like a lot of the other crappy wiring people use (aka radio shaq)

I did the spark plug fouler method. 10,000 miles later and still running strong (half with just dp, half with up and dp).

Cheap and effective. No CEL.

fouler mod works great for eliminating p0420 but with it I get a p0139 code (slow reading from rear 02 sensor). I have heard of others having issues with p0139 with the fouler mod on 04s

Yeap..

just got that P0139 after 5K miles of driving last Thurs after driving in hard rains in Dallas.
Cleared the code and never showed for days now.
