Default Fuel pump relay wiring for dummies

I have a 2017 STI. I am installing an AEM fuel pump with relay kit. Is it necessary to use a relay or is stock wiring sufficient? I need help wiring my AEM fuel pump relay. I have read a lot about where I am to connect all 4 wires, but nothing vehicle specific for the 15+.

I would like to know, specifically, where you wired your 85 and 86. I know I can use either the ground trigger to the stock fuel pump relay or the 12v output from the fuel pump relay. If using 12v from the stock fuel pump relay to 85, I can ground 86 where ever. Anyone know the specific wire or have a wiring diagram for this particular task.

Will I have any duty cycle issues when using a relay as opposed to sticking with stock wiring?

Is the stock fuel pump controller still located in the trunk’s right side?
Will adding this relay throw a cel due to voltage irregularities?

Thanks in advance.
