You should well know by now, Ralph lives in his own imaginary world.

Haha true that.

Thanks. Loving it so far. Been driving around in the different modes, Eco pro mode to and from work, saving on gas. It's got sport and sport+ which can get the car quite sideways, and it rotates well. I'm enjoying the BMW awd with its rear bias.

Already sold the CSL reps and tires to an E46 owner.
KWs are spoken for (probably would not fit your F30 anyway)

Aw, bummer (for me)!

Yeah the KWs won't fit. Though I don't think I'll do anything beyond some springs. Don't really want to puke money into a car I'm going to autocross once or twice.

Oh, OK. I was thinking more specific or using the same exact car.

His is a 3l inline 6 and mine is a 2l turbo four! Thought both are 3 series... Also, I believe Jake is moving in the summer.

I already have a bimmer! I'll be using the M3 as my main autocross car, I just want to drive the 328xi to "see what it'll do".

The more bimmers we have out there the better!

The 330 was rebadged a 328 for a few years. Then they put one of them there 4cyl in it. That's what i believe he meant.

I believe the 328 e46's were a carry over from the 328 e36s. And the e90 330's are the 3.0 liter from the e46s. Either way. My car is fun. And the M3 is the REAL car anyway.

For the year end points, do you need to use the same car for the whole year or can you switch around?

points belong to you. However changing cars can mess with your points if the car is in another class. This means points will be worthless.

If your trying for a serious shot at a class placement trophy then stick to the same car/class.

One of the reasons I proposed a FTD (fast time of the day)championship in addition to the regular PAX and class championships. Thankful that board approved this too.

Points for each placing depending on each run all count toward the ultimate FTD championship no matter what car you are in. You need placing at 6 events to qualify. This one is based soley on raw time and not the pax handicaping/neutering system.

Yes it would be in a different class. I was trying to decide if I should race or wait till I have my car ready. Guess I'll just wait! Will have it ready for Tanacross at least.... that's the one race I really care about!

How do those work? I have a set of those I've been thinking of using instead of Star Specs.
