Just another data point.

I bought a refurb from ebay to replace a damaged wheel (some idiot backed into in a parking lot). This was an opportunity to weigh the BARE wheel (no tire, no valve, no tpms, no weights, no grime). On my digital bathroom scale, it came up to exactly 20.0 lbs.

Sorry cant find answer...im getting the factory 18x8.5 inch wheels for my 2015 wrx. Currently have the 17x8.
Same offsets
How much further if any do the 18x8.5 extend outwards both running factory recommended tire size

Um, simple math would tell you it extends outward an additional 1/4", since it's the same offset and 1/2" wider.

But also, please do not ask fitment questions here. This thread is only for OEM wheel specs.

Thank you!

Has anyone nailed down exactly who makes the 19's on the 2018, and what construction type is used?

Default Good wheel and tire setup for GT driving

Currently running the stockers on a '17 WRX, would like to swap to a more touring setup.

I don't mind a dip in cornering perfromance.

I'd guess Enkei, but have to check. Probably plain old gravity cast.

For anyone interested UK WRX wheels, the same as STI Wagon (GG) wheels. Stoptech ST40 calipers 328x28 fit under them. I test fitted them this weekend.

You weighed the wheel alone? Or just the mounted wheel/tire combo?

I may have missed it in my scanning the pages of this thread, Buy does anyone know if the 19" wheels from the 2018 STI are forged or cast? Are the 2015-2017 BBS the only OEM wheels that are forged with the 5x114 pattern? thank you for your help!
