Weekly Sacramento Meet
The last few meets I've been to people have been talking about getting together weekly. Just curious if anyone wants to make this dream a reality. I've been thinking Tues/Thur/Sat sometime around 7pm would be pretty good for me. We'll probably want to find a place between Sac/Roseville that doesn't have security patrol since a few of our past meets have been broken up by gaurds.
Anything think this is worth pursuing? Ideas?

The two places I've been thinking about are 1) somewhere in Folsom/Sac off 50 or 2) the Antelope area on 80 that's close to the business 80 split.
Leaning towards the antelope area since it's pretty much the center of roseville/sac. Anyone know what's in that area? I know there's a scandia or something like that... |

yea, the exit right after it... Been thinking about this, antelope probably isn't the center of the area... I guess we can just see who's interested and figure out a location from there.

Wooo! This thread is really going like wildfire!
I think we should try to have one of these pretty soon just to get some momentum going... Why not try the borders parking lot in Folsom right off 50 on Saturday @ 7:00pm? Too far out of the way? Not a good place? Not a good day? Not a good time? |

I was just thinking of starting this thread
But now I don't have to
I would be interested in coming to some of these. I vote for the Antelope area, unless we are going to go driving, then Folsom is probably closer to better roads. Since I am in Rocklin anything along 80 is prefered. |

I'm down for a weekly meet, but Folsom's a little far for me. I live in Natomas and work in Roseville. There's not much traffic going south on the I80, but going N is bad, Somewhere off the 80 would be preferable for me caus the 50 traffic sux in the afternoon, unless we do it on the weekend. Antelope are is good for weekdays, but i'm cool with Folsom over the weekend. The Arden Fair area is fairly central, but those damn security

Dude, I'm already fat enough. But it is off of Arden I think. I would suggest the Natomas market place, but that's just me being selfish. Is there anything near Sac State? Or is that too far for some people? We should talk Maita Subaru into letting us use their parking lot

The odds of us getting to meet there are so small... I think there is also a pool hall around there and a bunch of other crap. Despite it being a good center point, I still tend to avoid that area. I dunno, as much as I hate driving down there, maybe we should just pick somewhere around arden... I know the Chucky Cheese is beautiful this time of year! |

Sac Meet
I'd be coming up from Stockton and would love to see a weekly event. Please do us south guys a favor and don't make it too north. HaHa. Arden is cool and isn't there a leatherby's there.
Theres also Motorsport Dynamics on Arden and they have a huge parking lot. I would bet they would like the potential business. Just some ideas........ Scott |

motorsport is cool, but i wouldnt feel right amoung the supercars that hang out there. Also, (FWIW, IMHO) i think the place is expensive, er, well, its too rich for my blood. But yeah, arden is cool. Stankfootz, where'd yah go? |
