Well what about stage 2+? I would say you fall into there. Stage 2 being TBE on top of stage 1, aka intake and tune. I take the + as anything besides a turbo.
Anyways, awesome traps! Reminds me of my 05 evo MR, it was a monster on just an air filter/TBE/tune. Get some tires on that bad boy and find an open track lol. Good luck!

I believe Mikey's STI (now mine) still holding the "stage 2 - stock turbo" 1/4 mile record.

So instead of "stage 2" why not just call it stock turbo? There's already a thread just for people running stock turbo.
Stage 1 and stage 2 is pretty well defined as just a tune and tune + TBE and possibly an intake for either. Once you start replacing everything but the turbo it's flat out modded and nothing as generic as stage names should even be used to describe it. |

My best trap so far. Is 106 on 93 that's a "stage 2" I explain it as. Stock engine/stock turbo
02 2.0 Basically every performance part but the turbo and injectors have been changed |

All jokes aside, that is cooking time. Great job! |

When will the Subaru crowd stop talking about pointless stage crap and just list modifications like every other platform?
When stage 2 can be a billion different things why the hell even bother?? Nice times tho. |

Forget the stages. This car is the fastest stock turbo, stock block, stock weight STI ever on 93 octane. Still very impressive.

Car had the front seat removed, spare tire removed and the rear bumper beam removed for the track day. Still the fastest stock turbo, stock block, 93 STi down the 1/4 mile
This car will take the 1/4 mile record on pump. I dont even want to know what it would do on E Last edited by RancerEvorution; 11-29-2012 at 02:08 PM. |

Im not a fan of the "Stage" bull ****. when I was in the Evo game I used to laugh at the Subaru kids who always talked about stages. This could be considered a stage 2 car or a full bolt on car. I dont really care what you call it |

That is a very impressive trap speed with the stock turbo and injectors. I've seen an STi with a Dom2.5 trap 114 in the summer. |

All the locals here seem to have green pink blue and yellow rims, a sideways visor, catback & BOV only and no clue how a motor works. I avoid them best I can. Car talk with mutants is like talking to an 18 y/o girl. More annoying than anything.
