Yes^^ would like to know too. If it was indeed someone in our group. That people will obviously not be welcome at any more of the cruises. Sorry but pulling **** like that and endangering other people doesn't fly with me.

I have the black and red Subaru and I only passed two cars the whole way back and they were both on straight aways
I wouldn't be stupid enough to endanger my or anyone else's life
I woulda seen if someone crashed behind me...
And there were other guys in our group that were behind me, I was out ahead of all of them... So they would have seen it if I did that.
Hope you guys all understand I don't drive like an idiot and do stupid stuff like that!
I've been looking all over the Internet and haven't seen anything about a crash at 230-3

Ok update on the incident that happened around 230ish...

It wasn't an accident but a group of subarus was spotted and called into CHP by a forest ranger driving erratically and passing on blind corners. The description given to CHP matches a car that was with us and was said to be leading a group of 4-5 other subarus.

And a second phone call or addition to the first it was stated that one of the subarus was passing another car and forces someone off the road and caused them to spin out. No info yet if anyone was hurt.

Based on what I saw today as the vehicle that I witnessed driving like an asshat (burnouts in the dirt, and driving in the shoulder :causing rocks to fly into the road and dusting the road out ) I find it hard to believe that this group that was left behind was driving like responsible adults

Oh and to the asshat in the black STi with red flaps: the guy in the legacy didn't appreciate you riding his ass up Palomar.

First of all when did you see me in the black car with red mud flaps driving like an idiot the whole cruise up there.. I was cruising along in the back of the pack...
Second I passed two people on a STRAIGHT AWAY!!!! With dashed yellow Lines!!!...That's legal to do if you don't know that....
And 3rd.. The legacy guy needs to calm down I was gettin my ass ridden and I was just trying to stay up with the pack and he was slowing way down and I was trying not to lag and piss the two guys behind me off
I never once did donuts in the dirt went off and shot rocks on the road I drove my car and followed everyone else
So next time you wanna start talking ***** get it straight before you start callin ppl asshat

Sounds like people are over reacting. Overall no ones been reported hurt. I'm sure not everyone was happy about Subarus 20+ deep mobbing through. ANYWAYS here's some quick pics

Mdek was referring to a Cgm Sti that went off the road and kicked up all the rocks and dirt.

Also, regardless if you guys were doing something illegal or not. Having your car reported to chp by anyone is a red flag for u guys.
Your car was called out, and also the Cgm Sti that went off the road n threw up a bunch of dirt n rocks was in your group in front of Mdek.

Kinda sad that I was leading the pack the whole way up, no problems, but we leave a group of cars behind and those ones are reported.

Can I prove you we're driving illegally, no, but regardless, your car got reported.
We don't need that unwanted attention in our cruises.

So I'm sorry that this has came to this but please exclude yourself from our cruises in the future.

You posted saying u were bringing 4 friends with u on this cruise, I was skeptical at first but allowed it as I was giving you guys Benifit of the doubt.

Like I said before, regardless of if you we're driving illegally or not, the fact you were reported and another person pulled a stupid stunt in front of one of the other drivers, we don't need nor want that unwanted attention.

You guys act like you are in charge and that we are suppose to listen to everything you say... I wanted to go on these cruises to meet some cool people, and I did but honestly the way most people were so up tight I really wasn't planning on goin to anymore anyways.
The fact that you say you let me bring people is a perfect point... It was an open meet and was not specific to certain people!
So I know most of you will talk **** on what I just said but whatever say what you want!

actually, i am in charge. i was the one who set this up. i let you bring your friends. why, because i am not one to judge people when in fact i dont know them.
i give them the benifit of the doubt and let them prove they are responsible like they say they are.
i believe you sent me a message asking to bring people, maybe it was someone else. had quiet a few pms from people about this.

but i SPECIFICALLY said, only responsible drivers welcome. so yes, anyone is invited, but i will also have no problem asking someone to leave because irresponsible driving.

yes, i am uptight on making sure EVERYONE is safe and respectful of the LAWS of the road. this was a cruise where i plan to keep everyone safe and have no problem telling someone they can leave n drive home or not show up to another cruise again because of their unsafe/irresponsible driving.

like i said before, do i have actual proof you and your group did something wrong? no, because i did not see it with my own 2 eyes, BUT, the fact that a call was made to chp for erratic/unsafe driving, i have to take that into consideration. but the fact that one of the guys in your group did do something stupid before we even made it to julian, puts a strike against that group. getting the call about erratic driving when we werent around was the last strike.

not here to be a dick or anything, and i hate to tell people not to show up to events coordinated by me, but im here to have safe and responsible drivers show up so we all go home to our families.

regardless, u said u dont plan on coming to one of these anymore, so no need to keep argueing.
whats done is done.

back on topic please.........

more pics!!!

It dosent need to be drama... There's people on here who appoint themselves as the president on a Subaru meet...
And if my car got called on ok.. But what most people dont realize is there are people who call on someone saying there drunk and driving crazy if there doing 75 on the freeway.
Ya we were going a little fast but not once did we pass illegally, endanger anyone, run someone off the road cause an accident!
There was a reason we came back late.. We wanted to go have a little fun and didnt feel we needed to follow one person and drive 45 all the way back home!
I'm sorry if I'm offending anyone but foreal your mad cuz dirt got on your SUBARU!!!!
Come on your a grown man stop complaining about it.. If it dented your car or did something to it I can understand but dirt... Come on....
