Default Has anyone had a problem with this site http://www.kstech.biz/

I ordered something saturday night. assumed maybe they werent open til monday..
emailed them tuesday. they responded with "will go out wednesday and arrive before the weekend" not specifying if Ill get a tracking # or not with it..

and now its thursday and still no confirmation.. and Ive sent probably 6 emails combined yesterday and today,and left a voicemail and nothing so far..

Anyone else run into problems with this site?

I ordered 2 weeks in advance from my tune and now Im having to slightly worry whether or not Ill get what I ordered..

Maybe theyre a vendor on here?

So finally got an email back

"Hi. Sorry for the delayed response - have been travelling all day.

No, it did not ship as I promised(promised wednesday it would go out)(it is now thursday, ordered saturday). We did not receive parts from a supplier on time, and though it is normally a simple intake to fabricate, there are not the parts to make it. The best I can do is have it shipped Tuesday, or refund you. I can upgrade the shipping to too, but not sure if that helps you.

If they had to order parts or fab work any type of piece, it should have specified on their website.. IDK if its a one man show but Im assuming hes been on vacation this whole week and didnt specify that either..

9 days it would be if I waited til tuesday like he wants.. plus the time it takes to get here.. 11 days...?? ive had broken items shipped, returned and shipped brand new parts back to me in less time than that..

If youre not going to specify multiple days needed for work and than barely get back to my emails..

Im sadly going to label you as sketch.

The only saving grace is that I hopefully dont have to fight anymore for a refund..

de derpp... im hoping I just caught this place at a bad time, but whyd it have to be me.. I love reading about peoples probz, not being involved in one. and I really dont want to bash this place as Id assume its a great intake,and will eventually get sent to me..

Im more upset that I had 2 weeks before a tune to get this and ordered in a timely manner, and now I have to frantically find one before..

This is when I started to really smell something wrong...

This is the first response from them, 3 days later from the initial sale, and a day later from me asking whats going on with the order.

Will ship tomorrow and arrive before the weekend.

Although precise, if you really plan on sending it the next day. When reading this I prayed my intuitions werent going to be right..

In hindsight its a lazy and unsure response to what was actually going on

Kinda Slow Tech. Waited over 2 weeks for an intake that was in stock, heard all the same excuses and finally cancelled the order.

Its been since thursday and still havent been answered back and confirmed my refund is on its way. Its now the end of tuesday..

Probably one of the worst customer contact Ive ever seen.. Even the sketchy websites, the people get back to you and answer your questions...

I'd be calling until I got my money back.

This is the last of my emails to Matt @ KStech last year, copied and pasted. (6/22/16):
"Hello Matt, I haven't heard back and am getting frustrated that it's coming to 2 weeks since my order was placed and there has been no communication. If it wasn't in stock, it should've been stated out of stock like it was the very next day I purchased, mind you I've paid and it's been 1.5 weeks. Was told 2-3 days to have it coated and supposed to ship Monday or Tuesday. At this point I'd like to cancel the order."

Matt responds with:
"done"

I had my PayPal account refunded immediately before I even knew he replied back. Sad that his response was one word and no apology, terrible business ethic and poor customer service. Kinda **** technology.

Well, sent an email saying I would dispute it with my bank and finally an hour after that email, finally got my refund issued.... ?

seriously, wtf....I really dont get it.. Better communication with vendors overseas..

maybe this is a super side gig and its the last of his worries..
Its amazing other vendors go thru him, as I planned to buy the same intake from another place but was told it had to be made from the Original place I ordered and than shipped out.. Funny thing is, it took 1 solid email from this other vendor to explain how slowtech runs their business and how many days.. More so than the person who runs the place..

all in all. im glad most major parts I want can be bought thru reputable dealers

yeah its amazing they would offer overnight shipping when apparently it takes 2-3 days to make their intake...... which is explained no where on their site.. from the looks of it, youd think theyd have them boxed up and ready to ship out

hi,i think i will have problem too.***304; ordered and paid by credit card from Turkey/***304;stanbul for dbw to dbc flange and hardware and sent 4 or 5 e mails but there is no response.

I actually called and talked to them about a hood scoop block off plate. Seemed like a small operation, and they told flat out they were backed up. Still, seemed nice enough. That's the extent of my dealings with them.

Ordered 11th of Sept.Ready for shipping at 21th of Sept.Usps picking up date 25th of Sept.

Finally is on the way

@PDXREALTOR you're right.They are a small operation.We'll wait and see.***304;f quality is fine its ok then.
