Tein Flex Z installed over the weekend.

At 152,600 miles, I decided the stock dampers were probably shot, it was getting a little wallowy in the corners. I really want to get a few more years out of her, this month she turns 10. It was time for a little refresh.

Out of the box they dropped the car by 35 mm in the front and 25 in the rear. It's pretty even, and I'm happy with that gap, so I'm leaving it as is. Set the front dampers to '8' and the rear's to '10'. Camber plates at '0', tried my best to get the camber bolts back where they were, but an alignment is scheduled for tomorrow.

I decided to sell my Baja and get something that isn't a Subaru.

Spent the last few days finally putting on my rally innovations bar with PIAA 510 fog lamps. I bought the bar years ago and tried to install it once without trying to see what I really needed. I had a lift to use back then. Did it in the driveway this time.

Also installed the JDM grill I bought from someone who didn't need it, BNIB. Test fitted my hella horns and opted to order the grimmspeed bracket for them.

Ran into an issue where my driver's side door doesn't respond to the lock signal from the fob or the physical button. Don't have control over the driver's rear passenger window either. Been googling all day to see what the issue might be. Fuse for the door lock is fine. Possibly the BIU fuses?

No pictures at this time.

I've got some other stuff on the way but it feels good to turn wrenches on my own car again.

Ordered some Michelin ps4s for the wrx in 255/35. If you need tires Costco has Michelin $70 off and $.01 install. Discount tire will price match.

Installed Invidia r400 on the WRX. It only took me 300 YouTube videos to decide. Lol

What's up NWIC! I just bought a 2001 Forester S 5spd in Portland, glad to be back in a soobie again. My first one was a 2003 wrx 16g swap on coilovers with 5zigen fn10rc wheels and 240 tires maybe some more of that to come

Just wanted to say hello, heres some pics.

Joined this century and got an updated head unit for my '05, it's nice finally having these integrations. Now I want to get a backup camera for it too...

I got a new stock air intake system to replace the cold air intake that came w/ the '05 subie outback xt we got in July. Apparently previous owner never had it tuned

I swapped the Turbosmart BOV out with a new GFB BPV and I'm happy I did. Throttle response, you're back!

I added heated seats pads inside my stock seats. Pretty easy. Looks factory. Stoked.

It is the Kenwood DMX906S. Android Auto has been really buggy wirelessly (barely works/connects) but as soon as I plug it in it works beautifully. I have a Samsung S9 for reference.

My A/C compressor is about to crap the bed I think so I've been looking up part numbers and pricing out replacements. It'll be 6 years this year with my '15 and even though she only has 51xxx miles, some stuff is starting to age out I guess. I'm also in the market for a new clutch since Tacoma Subaru recommended I get one to solve my chattering noise (already had the throw out bearing replaced 2018. They said first gear was hard to engage).

And my fuel door spring probably needs to be replaced since I had to use a pocket knife to get it to open the last time I went to fill her up. Yeah buddy!
