Hoping it is the same or very similar to either USDM WRX or STi or something.
If the K version works then I can hook you up with mine after my JCI inspection is done.

I've got one as well then, but mines from an Ej20H. Same thing though.

head bolts: 11095AA041 7.26 (EJ20K)

Are those the same for the EJ20G?

**Nevermind, I found another post confirming they are the same.

is a phase 1 (EJ20G) engine rebuild kit different from 205/207 in a way that i would not be able to use a phase 2 kit for the following:

20G block, 207 heads. I already have the 20G headgaskets, so i don't care about that.

Is there a different PN for the turbo itself between the wagon and 2dr on a 94MY JDM WRX? GF8B vs. GC8B I believe.

Yes, all wagons got the TD04 while most non-wagons got the TD05H-16g. It was sort of a crap shoot between which car comes with what, but I've never even seen a 1994 2 door Impreza in 5 years in Japan. The earliest I have seen is a V3 Type R and you better believe that the Type R got a different turbo than the wagon.

EJ20K crank 12200AA150 (#3 thrust bearing) or 12200AA210/240 (#5)
EJ20K main bearings 12209AA000 (#3) or 12209AA240 (#5)
EJ20K rod bearings 12108AA290
EJ20K rods 12100AA080/081 (same as EJ20G, 22B, EJ205 and EJ207)
EJ20K rings 12033AA730 (same as EJ20G)

saw those part numbers from the first page, but I wanna know all the part numbers for the ej20g.

Thanks

Finally, some confirmation! Of course, a TD05h-16g (or even 18g) isn't a difficult swap... just need to nab different injectors and do the engine management dance.

thx for the info!

V-belts for the EJ20G ('96)? I have a set from my 2.5L, but I don't think they will work, part number is 809218430. IIRC, USDM '02 WRX will work, but need a confirmation.

Not 100% EJ20G related, but perhaps appropriate here,
any chance of a # for front axle seals and transfer case gasket for TY752VB4AA transmission? (96ver.2)

Those tranny parts are the same as US 5spd parts from the same year range.

No, the EJ25D uses a shim over bucket, with a 30mm shim
