Default Advise on adding gauges.

I have had the dual gauge cluster for years but never installed it or gauges for my 2010 WRX. Any advice on Which brands seem to be the best? I don't plan on buying the cheapest i can. I'm also thinking of getting digital.

Defi gauges are very popular but on the pricier side; same company that makes the gauge cluster in our cars. The red matches well to the cluster. They are quite accurate, though I think the most accurate are mechanical gauges (vs electronic that use senders).

I’ve heard good things about Autometer, mixed about Prosport. Prosport also can match the cluster lighting.

Prosport is absolute trash.

Damn, you weren't kidding about Defi. That's like $500 for two gauges...

I'm definitely wanting boost, but not sure what to go with for the other one. Oil pressure or AF?

Oil temp.

Oil pressure is either "enough" or "rebuild your engine."

Air fuel is useful but if you don't know what you're looking at, it's going to be a constantly changing number that tells you nothing.

i usually keep an eye on my air fuel with my accessport. just figuring out the most beneficial gauge other than boost to go with.

Boost on the accessport.

If you want beneficial...Oil temp (EOT) and oil pressure (EOP) with a quality electric sensor meter. Quality to me = Defi with warning feature. Spend the money once instead of spending cheap multiple times.

Honestly, I know they aren't what you would call premium quality, but the glowshift 30 psi mechanical boost gauge is pretty good. Got one in my 04 wrx with the white face. the different color options are nice, it doesnt look tacky, and it was pretty easy to install.
