Default Bad ECU?

I feel bad cuz i told my friend i could fix his 03 WRX ,no problem. (KYB AGX struts, Eibach lowering springs, 2.5" TBE, cone filter conversion kit) I've changed out so much crap i dont understand how a 4 year old car could act like this.

1. bad idle (100rpm ish, very choppy).
2. ultra pig rich (verified by narrowband O2 and by nose and eyes (eyes burning from richness), also verified by fouling 2 sets of plugs in 4 days.
3. It will build boost and accelerate, then act like its slipping and rev 1K higher than it was but lose power
4. no power brakes (checked for vacuum leaks)
5. radiator fans always running.
6. throwing MAF code (replaced MAF, still getting same code)
7. thick oil on spark plugs
8. Very unsteady in transients (easy to stall out by playing with throttle cable)
9. starts funny (starts rather quickly, before the engine even turns over once)
10. spark timing inconsistent when measured at wires with timing light

I have changed the plugs on this thing twice, changed wires, new MAF, reset the ECU, searched all over for vacuum leaks, looked for boost leaks, looked for blown fuses. I am stumped.

Omg Help!!

It has a rear 02 sensor faker (series of resistors and electrical tape), always reads 14.7 ohms across 2 of the 4 wires, and about 100,000 ohms accross the other 2, reads zilch with any other combination. There was exposed wiring and arching took place. Could this fry the ECU? Is there a relay or fuse for this sensor that i could check? Is there a fuse for the ECU? supposing there is a fuse for the ECU, if it blew would the car run at all?

this car is running, just real rich and fouling plugs, all the symptoms i mentioned earlier. This is the weirdest debacle ever. I've never had a car that had a bad ECU so i dont really know what to look for. when you search it on various forums basically what you get it "find someone with an ECU that'll work in your car, swap it out, and see if it works"
