Default 2018 STI p0441 Help!!

Heres the mod list
-cobb flex fuel kit, fuel lines, rails
-1050x injectors
-cobb ss turbo back, with catted downpipe
-Aem fuel pump
-cobb sf in take, and inlet
-tomei headers and uppipe
-IAG tgv deletes
-IAG Street AOS

So after installing all those parts and reflashing with a base map supplied by my tuner, after about 20-30 miles I throw a P0441 code, it won't throw a check CEL until about 60 miles. I have replaced the purge solenoid, checked and replaced all vacuum lines that connect to it but I still have the P0441 code. I'm stumped with this code! I don't have a rough idle and it it seems like I have no vacuum leaks, idle seems normal. ANY HELP would be appreciated Ive been trying to figure this out for a week and some change and now my tune is coming up and I want to be 100% fixed before that!

Can't find much for 2018 so this is from a 2015 STI. There are 2 purge control solenoids on the manifold, although the code isn't specific to either one it just has you check both for a fault. Unless they were broken or damaged somehow during the parts install it seems unlikely they would fail, so double check the lines going to them for any cuts/damage. Also check that the lines are going to the correct ports on the solenoids.

Subaru lists solenoid 1 as the one with a triangular shaped bracket that mounts with a bolt, I think it's lower down behind the p/s pump.

Solenoid 2 is higher up above solenoid 1, it has a threaded stud at the back and mounts with a nut.

Awesome, I’m going to check the lines again today and make sure it’s all hooked up correctly! I appreciate the help, and I’ll post back what I find
