I doubt the bbk ever existed. He's probably just trying to cut his losses. Did he ever send you pics?

Nope, never got picks, but I have 3 tracking #'s. Well in the link he had a WRX Wagon and you could see the outline of a BBK, but I guess he sold the car. It was my understanding that he removed them when he sold it.
Anyway only time will tell. I really hope I receive the BBK, it was a really good deal and would complete my setup.

He sent me the Tein Coilovers, only problem is when I talked to him on the phone he said they were off a 06 sti. Well, I got them, and no wrenches were included, and they were for 02+ wrx not sti! What they heck do I do now?

Paypal dispute, item received but not as described. Aslo could still do the police report, Theft By Deception.
So I guess that tracking number was yours and not mine. Since you got 06 Teins I wonder what could possibly be in the two boxes that I have tracking #'s for?
Maybe someone here will buy the 06 Teins from you. Worth a try. Or trade.
Probably sent me stock brakes.

It leaves me a little hope that he actually sent me a BBK. I would love to get the BBK and will happily pay him.
Keeping my fingers crossed.

Since you got them see if anyone will buy them from you. That may be the easiest way out.
Dont forget the feedback.

Sti-izzlw,
Whats the latest, did you sell the coilovers to ikhahn? I am still awaiting the other two tracking numbers he gave me. They are still showing not delivered so maybe I will be lucky and receive the BBK.
You can bet I will be video recording the boxes if and when I receive them from the reception through the unpacking. I hope he didnt send me stockers, oh well if he did he will get them back.

None, the tracking numbers he sent me 1 of the three was delivered to another member and belonged to the coilovers and the other 2 are still showing as accepted at the PO in California, so they are still somewhere in shipping.
If I receive them I am going to video tape the opening of the boxes just in case they are not what he said, as were the coilovers.
I am glad this is the last thing that I have to buy for the ride to complete my modding except for a front and rear lip which are on order from Japan.

Ok here is an update;

I received Box # 1 today, I video taped the opening and inventory of the box here's what was inside. There was no packing materials so a lot of the caliper paint was gone from rubbing on the rotors, there was only one piece of cardboard seperating the two rotors.
1) Rotora Front Rotor
1) Rotora Rear Rotor
1) Rotora Rear Caliper
1) Bag with sticker and paperwork

I cant wait to see what box #2 has in it. It should have 1-Rear Caliper, 2-Front Calipers, 1-Front Rotor, 1-Rear Rotor and stainless steel brake lines for all four.

Hopefully this will turn out ok and everything will be in box #2.

Still no 2nd box, the tracking number is still showing accepted in California, box #1 showed accepted/ enroute/ delivered.
I think it may still be setting at the Post Office in California.

*********UPDATE**********

Well box # 2 came in today and I am not the happiest person. Once again there was no packing on anything, everything was just thrown in the box.
Once again I recorded the entire opening of the box.
One rotor(rear) is so dinged up that it cannot be turned. The rotors are $164 each.
Here is a copy of the email that I sent the seller, basically I have told him to refund me for a set of Rotors ( not good to replace just one) or I will send his kit back.
He also did not include SS Brake Lines, he put stockers in the box.
Below is a pick of the rotor.

Sam,
OK, box #2 got here today before I have to leave for the hospital. There is a problem.
Dude, you didnt even try to pack them up to keep them safe. When you bought them I am sure they were packed correctly as to not damage anything.
I have one rotor (rear) that is banged up beyond repair, it cannot be turned. I have video taped the entire shipment to record how this deal went. On Rotoras website the rotors sell for 163.99 ea. the only propper way to change rotors are with a set. Here is the price from rotora.com
Impreza WRX Rear, 02
$ 163.99 ea

You also did not ship the stainless steel brake lines that come with rotora BBK's.
We have 2 choices here. You can give me a discount to replace the damaged rotors which would come up to $327.98, or I can send the complete kit back to you the way that you shipped them to me, and I can cut my loss.
If you give me the discount I will paypal you $1247.02, let me know. I have included a picture of the rotor so you know I am honest.
I am not going to charge you for not including the ss lines just because I want to get the deal completed so that we can get past it.

Let me know.
