Default 2019 STI FP UHF Green (stock block)

Alrighty, so this has been a long time in the making and I just wanted to post my results with the UHF Green turbo by Forced Performance. I went with the stock size 2.4 inlet and I'm extremely happy I did because I have no clue how a 3" would fit lol..

Mods listed below:

FP UHF Green 2.4 inlet with a ported and coated housing
ID 1,300's
AEM 340
I-wire hardwire kit
Torque Solution FF line kit
Aeromotive EFI fpr
Cobb fuel pressure sensor
IAG fuel rails
Cobb flex fuel
Torque Solution TGV's
Killer B-Holy header and Up-pipe
Turbosmart Comgate 40 Gen-V 14lb spring
Grimmspeed EBCS
Turbosmart Race Port BOV
ETS 3.5 FMIC
Grimmspeed Limited catted down-pipe
Remark catback muffler deletes
Group-N transmission and motor mounts
AEM wideband
Speed density E-Tuned by Anthony Berry AKA "Drunkmann Tuning"

I'll attach the virtual dyno charts but it made 401hp - 380 tq on 93, and 527 hp - 430 tq on E70. Needless to say I'm pretty damn happy with this turbo lol.. It comes on right below 4,000 rpm and keeps pulling to redline.

Little laggy but that thing rolls hard up top. Definitely want some springs/retainers atleast to get that thing revved to 7500.

I honestly didnít think it was too laggy compared to others Iíve seen. It definitely comes on a little later than stock for sure, but pulls like a mofo up top lol.

Yeah Iíll do the springs and retainers when I swap out the stock block but hoping thatís not anytime soon.

I honestly donít know what people end up with normally. I mainly run E85 so not too worried about pump numbers.

What do you think pump numbers should be?

I was expecting more torque on E but thinking itís a little conservative because of the stock block and for longevity.

Seeing its the 61lbs/min option it appears to be in line with the spool I would expect. It does come on later then other similar sized turbo's, but it matches what I have seen from that specific brand/size.

I will be honest, it is VERY unlikely it is making a "true" 530whp at only 24psi. But numbers matter less then the joy it brings you so don't get hung up on that too much.

Looks like a fun set-up. Enjoy it.

Yeah I would have to agree with you on it probably not making 530 whp. Iíll throw it on an actual dyno next year to see what itís making. It definitely pulls to redline and beyond and thatís what I was looking for. The stock turbo just falls on its face, and really did after I added the headers.

Going good. I donít drive a ton, Iíve probably put on a little over a 1,000 miles. I think it comes down to luck, tune, and how hard you push the car lol. Plus if you run E85 that helps make it a little safer from what Iíve gathered.

The car is a ton of fun, but if you think you may want more power in the future go rotated. I knew I wanted more and thought 500 would be good, but itís not lol.

Are you still running the stock block? If so, how many miles on this set up? Iím considering the fp green myself. Thanks

Yeah sheís still going strong. I have 13,000 on the clock now and I think I was around 9,000 when I put the turbo on. Iím having an issue with an exhaust leak at the header, but once I get that fixed Iím gonna take it to P&L and have Junior tune it on the dyno. Iíll have some real numbers then.

I really like this turbo, but if you are thinking you want more hp in the future go rotated. I may be doing just that here shortly lol.

I have a turbo that would be great for rotated. Message me if you pull the trigger.

What kind of rotated set up you thinking about? Building motor or doing it on the stock RA block?

Iím thinking about a 20g or FP green on flex on my 2020 but you got me thinking.....

Yeah thatís the thing I canít make my mind up on lol. I know for sure an ETS single scroll. Iím not sure if I want to go with the newer Garrett series or the PTE. I see a decent amount of people running the PTE turbos and laying down some nice numbers on the dyno and at the drag strip.

As far as the motor goes I know Iíll have to get a built motor if I want any kind of reliability. So just trying to debate wether I get the turbo on and run low boost, or build the motor first and crank up the Green and go with that for a season.

I mean the Green feels great and Iím only at 24lbs on flex. My only thing is I know I want more and I think with all the money I have into the exhaust and turbo I couldíve went rotated for a little more money.

Decisions, decisions lol.

I need some power in my life. I'm thinking I won't touch the turbo until I'm ready to commit to a rotated setup. Nice #'s!

I'm running an FP Green UHF on my 15 Sti. Made 400awhp and 348awtq on 93 oct. Definitely does pull all the way compared to the VF48. Now that I have the car in England with me and a full tank of Supreme 99+ there is a difference. But I'll enjoy the setup for a bit before going rotated. Looking at going with the ETS Single Scroll Kit and a Xona Rotor option.
