My car first.
Wash
Automagic Swirl Remover w/wool pad
Automagic BC-2 Polish w/foam waffle pad
Automagic Paint Sealant
Automagic EZ Paste wax

A bit more current pic... I basically maintain my car so it pretty much always looks this good.

And what it looks like now. Camera phone pic but it looks damn clean.

The G looks great, tons of depth

This was last week from a 335i Sedan. I thought for just Optimum Car Wax (new sample version) it looked very sharp.

WOW! that is so glossy. Silver is my least favorite color because i never feel like it can look THAT good no matter how hard you try. This car is about as good as it gets. This is my attempt on my wagon...

Repost for detailer thread.
alot of folks into making a good looking car...
ignoring what surrounds this 21 year hood edge that never saw anything normal (like the south)

I was determined to win a losing battle similar to every vehicle I have owned in maine...

This hood had holes all the way through it. Got my favorite filler, and spent a day on it. The acrylic was more than they put on an entire WRX...(Just think I am kidding) on this tiny 2 inch space that gets pulverized...

It seems funny to see people detail the factory subes. Around here they had maybe 3 hours on maine public roads after the new car lot.
this one is 21 years old, and things like rocks have already bounced off like little bb's. I hope to encourage....there is true paint being a necessity.OEM Subes don't have it.

Did a detail today that was pretty intense....

black civic, that was in bad shape.

Wash with mequires super soap concentrate
claybar bath with mequires aggressive clay
rewash
Menzerna Intensive Polish PO 91E / with orange pad on rotary
Menzerna Micro Polish PO 87MC / with what pad on rotary, then switched to blue pad for a second pass
Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0 by hand with foam applicator
Wolfgang Füzion Estate Wax by hand with foam applicator

perfect glass cleaner
meguires tire GEL
citrus degreaser i get @ Harbor freight to degrease wheel wells and hub caps
plastX to buff out the headlights
black again for all trim
mequires stain out for the carpet and floor mats, as well as the citrus degreaser on some bad stains
mequires NXT dash protectant
also hit up the engine bay plastic with the NXT dash stuff and it worked really well.
Cosco microfiber towels i only use one time, as well as wash mitts

little over 14 man hours, i was there for a full 8 hours and i had my buddy Josh help out for about 6 of those hours...

Turtle Wax Ice car wash
Nu Finish Once A Year Polish ()
Meguiar's Gold Class

I need to get a light polish, not a compound
Anyone have a recommendation for something OTC?
Mothers? Duragloss?

Or I can get Menzerna Intensive Polish

Then I'll finish with Meguiar's #7 Mirror Glaze/Sealant with a coat of NXT and Gold Class wax.
I think I have it figured out! No?

Not bad for a 14 year old car that's never been polished.

Here's some of my latest

It's hard to make white pop, especially with the condition of this cars paint upon arrival, but with alot of prep and a high grade sealant topped with a high grade wax we got there. Not to mention the 750hp under the hood.

Default More Gloss

The top right really isn't a before and after but it does show what the front fender did look like.

Here's a front view of the same car. The client and I decided to see the difference between Zaino on the pasenger side and Meguiar's #16 on the drivers side. He'll be keeping up with which one will hold up better.

I really like this Lexus because with the soft paint I was able to obtain these results with just M205 and alot of prep of course.

Here's an Infinity with exceptionally hard CC, no wax has been applied yet.

Viper ACR

Acura TL

I'll post some more when I have the time, I have some of a silver P-Car that will blow your mind.
