I like how you are surprised by their lack of willingness to break policy to help someone who has repeatedly told people not to shop there. It's almost like there are consequences for your actions.

Most people, when they already have an issue with a company, dont continue to buy products from them. I guess that's just too twisted a reality for you to comprehend.

I've never had an issue with RSD and I usually do tons of research before buying any aftermarket product.

So the moral of the story is... If you buy something from RSD and the item has a "standard return policy" there is NO RETURNING the item for a refund / exchange / in-store credit REGARDLESS once the packaging has been opened.
It's a liability. They don't know what could've happened to the parts, even if they were all returned to the original box. I don't know about you, but I'd be pretty peeved if I ordered new parts and received something that someone else had opened prior.

That's actually exactly what happened to me with two products in one order from RSD. I can confirm being peeved.

I like how you’re stalking my threads but no one cares for your opinion.

So if RSD is telling him he can't return it because the box was opened but you confirmed you received two previously opened boxes it seems that they definitely take stuff back. It just supports his frustration why they won't take it back in his case.

To appease the customer they could have offered a return with a restocking fee to offset any discount they would have to give on an open box item or a store credit so he would still be spending his money with them. It's usually cheaper to keep an existing customer..

Someone was breast fed too long.

I bought a blouch 16gxt from RSD . Two days later they ran the 12 days of Christmas sale where they gave $100 credit to anyone who buys a turbo. Obv I was like "that sucks" but I didn't go hounding them for money i was never promised. Trust me I was tempted to atleasr send an email and ask but said f it and went on with my life.

I also got the blouch WRX feed line since this is going on an ej205. But it's a JDM ej205 with avcs which requires the STI line. I haven't emailed them yet but assumed I'd be buying a new line and selling the other one or best case scenario they swap it for me. Either way I wouldn't act like a baby about it and boycott them.

Plus, I've spent thousands upon thousands with jspec auto , while the whole time getting screwed. I just tried to spend a couple more grand with them against my better judgement and again they either tried to sell me crap at market value of quality parts or rip me off and make me pay way over market value for something that isn't garbage. I'm tempted to write bad reviews about them on Google every second of the day but I consciously keep making the effort to step in, take control of my emotions, and keep from stooping to that level and making the review like a little cry baby. In the end, maybe it'll turn away one or.two customers but humans are like cockroaches, they don't care what hole they eat out of as long as they are eating. No one sticks together and people cross the picket line all the time.

Rsd keeps banking and you're left on the internet looking like a joke accusing strangers of being insiders

So instead of posting your own review of your experiences with that company you decide to vent your emotional and irrelevant opinions about what another poster decided to do on his own free will. Well played sir. Seems like you weren’t breastfed at all.

I for one expect a company that promises a 100% satisfaction guarantee to give me just that. The sticker also says buy it, try it, return it. Guess that means nothing and the op has just been breastfed too long. As if that makes sense, babies are supposed to be breastfeed as long as possible for best results.

Next time try refraining your emotions and making pointless posts. Instead you may want to review one of your experiences with the companies you mention and perhaps vent that way instead of here in someone else’s thread.

I for one would love to hear about your experiences and how the parts you bought weren’t what you expected but you braved through it and decided to resolve the issues on your own cuz you were given a bottle and fed yourself as a child. I can already tell you are > OP.

Well then you learned a valuable lesson, dont expect anything from anyone except yourself. You'll be happier in life if you follow this advice.

Even Crawford Performance themselves find it "odd" how RSD is unwillingly to work with the customer (me).

This is a response from Crawford themselves. So this basically states RSD is fully of bullsquart because RSD told me over the phone Crawford mandated RSD to not accept open-box items, but here is a response from a Crawford employee stating otherwise. They DO accept returns EVEN items that have been installed. The item I purchased was never installed. So joke's on you flamers

The level of fail here...

Not only did you respond to the same post hours apart, but you didn't even realize the post you were quoting was defending you and referring to someone else.

You realize Stij was talking to Foo-Blyat, right? You know, the person he was quoting.

Yeah though, everyone else looks incompetent

Bottom line is Crawford has awesome service and return policy and RSD is the total opposite. Wow that makes it even worse RSD is saying Crawford won't take it back when they clearly will. So what's the hold up RSD? Save face and process this man's return.

You're welcome to think you have some sort of "moral high ground" in your imaginary wold. Looks like RSD sympathizers have a common trait: asshatz.

I'm no strangers to making mistakes. Everyone makes them. Well except you because you aren't human

RSD clearly has a personal vendetta against me. My guess is they are butthurt over another post I made calling them out.

Crawford's customer support has been beyond OUTSTANDING in this matter. I'm actually going to keep the AOS unit I bought from RSD afterall simply because Crawford's customer support have gone above and beyond.

I would hope, but highly doubt it, that RSD would learn to provide exemplary customer support like Crawford does.

Here's the latest response from Crawford Performance. I'm happy they are providing a high level of customer service and willing to work with me even though I did not buy the AOS unit directly from them! Many kudos to Crawford Performance This is the type of service provided by a truly professional company whose goal is to provide excellent service and support 100% of the time!!

Unlike RSD...
