The spiders come in through the air vents. Bomb the car, and put your recirc on every time you park the car to keep the outside air vents closed. I lived in FL for 17 years and know about spiders in a car.

It's that time of the year.

I just corral them onto my hand or finger and then bring them over to a tree or bush and let them go - nature's bug catchers.

Beast ?! That's no beast. That's a fairly young wolf or fisher spider.

Heres what they look like when they grow up. Notice the painted full sized cinder block outlines for size comparison. I was shining a flashlight on it when I took this pic.....which is why you see that little glow off of one of it's eight mfckin eyes.

What makes this all the sweeter is that I'm a card carrying, dues payin arachnophobic. I've made huge strides in overcomming it in the last 10 years....simply because I've had no choice. I live in a field at the edge of some woods....and my house gets swarmed by these "beast" every summer. I used to have full blown panic attacks whenever I would so much as see one from 30 feet away. (with the zoom...I was about 15 feet away from this one....and that's as close as I can get right now)

Also...to the OP. Bug bombs are serious nuerotoxins....and there is no way that you should polute your interior with those chemicals. The only reason they are allowed to be used in homes is because you are supposed to jump through all kinds of hoops in order to "properly" use them. These hoops are in place to prevent the manufacturers from being singled out(sued) as the cause of the particular type of cancer you will develope from exposure to that garbage.

Somehow the spiders got in their by accident. Through the vents....or on something that you bought into the car. They don't want to be there either....because there will be no steady food supply.

Look into:

A. Research any kind of bait traps that may work for these types of spiders.

B. If it looks like it could be expensive...inquire with your insurance on some kind of relief. You should be able to demand a resolution that does not expose you to dangerous chemicals.

GROSS!!
Yeah man, Im not truly arachnophobic, but I freak out, and start itching and getting really paranoid that they are going to swarm me.

That adult one looks HUGE! And I hope I never EVER EVER have to see one of those in real life.
Seriously man, idk what id do if I had those spiders in my car, I wouldnt drive it at all.
There has to be something you can do with your insurance agency?
