wont boost over 5psi

I took my car from Phoenix, AZ to Flagstaff, AZ for Christmas. This morning when I went to leave my hotel the car didn't want to start. When it finally started, it idled really weird, going from around 500 rpms to 2000 rpms. Felt like it was going to die. I let it run for about ten minutes before leaving to warm up. Now it will not boost over 5 psi. Last night I put gas in it at a litle hole in the wall station last night because it was the only one around so I think I may have gotten bad gas, but I have no cel. I added some octane booster to see if it would change, but nothing yet. Yesterday before I left it shot some black crap out of the exhaust but I assumed it was from the Lucas injector cleaner I was running. The exhaust seems clean now. Reset the ecu and changed the realtime map to stage 2 91 octane but still won't boost. No metal shavings in the oil, and its a fresh change to Royal Purple 10w40. Car is an 05 wrx, perrin inlet hose, sti tmic, helix catted down, greddy evo 2 cb, cobb up, cobb ap.
