Talking Dealer Mark-Up on the Evo!

Muwahahaha! As I predicted the mark-up on the Evo is ridiculous!!! Suburban Mitsu got one in yesterday and it went from the announced price of $29,590 to $35,600!!!!! The MSRP is actually about $31,000 and the Spoiler is a $1000 OPTION!!!!
Sucks to love the EVO!!!
The Mitsu dealers didn't believe me when I told them the STi comes with everything... again sucks to like Mitsu!

Either way I sat in a new WRX yesterday and my bum fell in love with the seats, my eyes loved the sunroof, Center Tach, the new body and the NEW RED!!!!!.... I just wanna hump it!

The one I sat in came with the short shift package and it felt super nice!!! Even though I didn't get to drive it!

You went into a Mitsubishi dealership to argue with the salesman about how great the STi will be? =P

Heh.. you must have missed the one in Cali that was marked up to... get this... $50,000. Sad part is, I bet someone will talk them down to $40,000 and think they're getting a deal.

How big is the sunroof?
I'm so pissed, there are there things that would make my '02 almost perfect:
1) sunroof
2) folding rear seat
3) heated seats (option on new WRX) not really needed as I dont have leather... but that is one thing that you dont care about till u have it and use in the winter and then cant live w/o.

Low-end torque would be nice too.

It's probably Mitsu policy to take a $5000 non refundable deposit to take a spin in one.

w00t! they put a sun roof in the wrx? I still haven't bought one, its the whole job thing. Anyone hiring financial analysts? Sun roof might just put me over the edge.

1) That can be done w/o cutting up the beam through the roof.
2) Hazdaz actually made his seat so that it was fold down. Talk to him.
3)..... umm..... gas?

There ya go, your perfect 02.
