Default STX suspension setup question.

Anyone of you guys tried Cobb Tuning sway bars yet. I don't see them on any of the winners cars. Wonder what is your opinion before I spend my money. According to their web site they are 25mm front and back. Could that be to much for the front?

The Cobb/Hotchkiss swaybars are hollow bars. Their actual diameter is 25mm, but that is equivilant to a 22/23mm solid bar. That is what most people are running, so you should be fine.

They're relatively new and the front bars don't fit on wagons, so that's limited usage a bit. The Hotchkis rear bars had some clearance/fitment issues with endlinks early on as well. Not sure if that was resolved with the COBB & later Hotchkis bars or not.

p.s. IMHO the Hotchkis/COBB front bar may be a little stiff for a well-prepped STX car. Probably about right for a Stock car, though.

Thanks guys, I actually do have a rear whiteline 22-24 and am debating whether I should go with the hollow bars or simply get whiteline 22 front. I thought that there was already someone who has experimented with Cobb's bars.
