![]() Can anyone educate me on the best STX legal exhaust upgrade that won't run me more than a few hundred bucks. I have a 02 WRX Wagon. The main thing I'm after is for the boost to arrive sooner. Some high rpm HP gains would be nice but not essential. The only change to my exhaust is an early Prodrive axle back which I'd like to keep although I know it's not much better than the stock unit as far as restriction goes. I don't live in an area that tests emmissions so no worries there.

![]() You could also look into the HKS downpipe. It eliminates two cats and gives great gains.
As for the uppipe, gutting the stocker is the way to go. It will take some time but it's quite do-able. There are write ups all over the boards. |
