No. Cylinder 3 is the passenger's side rear cylinder. It is nearest to the turbo.

actually that's wrong.

it's a zig zag from the passenger front to the driver rear

Easy way to think about it... the cylinders follow the crank from front to rear..

so..

Passenger front is 1
Driver front is 2
Passenger rear is 3
and Driver rear is 4
