^Yeah I'd say so.

Did you ask for a "high number" tune? Because that graph looks like it. Haven't seen a lot of 20g-XTR graphs so maybe I'm wrong.. but I'd assume you could get a flatter torque curve.

^it's rare you see an uncorrected chart posted in PPB. For reference I made about 285whp on Dan's dynojet when I was stage 2 (can't remember the correction factor but probably the same) and trapped 108mph in the 1/4.

I think the torque drop is an illusion due to the RPM's on the chart being so close together. Horsepower doesn't start to drop until 6500rpm which tells me the torque is fairly flat. Perhaps the high peak torque is due to an initial boost spike?

I wasn't refering to the correction factor or the number's being 'high'. Just that the graph shows high peak numbers vs a tune with less peak power but more usable power.

Maybe it's just how the turbo performs, I don't know.

I'd like to see the boost plot.

Thanks! Keeping the peak tq low was a goal, along with maintaining good throttle response. This is my DD, so wanted to keep it drive-able with a fairly wide power band. Dan & Matt @ Mach V were very helpful in guiding me along and making final "adjustments".

Congrats on the power, nice chunk over stock! What inlet size and hotside does that XTR have?

I think it's throwing you off because it's not stretched like most of them.

Nice setup OP. Looks like stock spool until 3500rpm and then it just takes off! Great street setup IMO. This thing would wail on e85.

8cm inlet, not sure about hot side. Whatever it is off the shelf, I didn't make any changes.

Most people would rather have a faster car than purposely give up power in search of a flatter torque curve.

I run this turbo on E85 and it's a lot of fun!

8cm is the hot side. The inlet is either stock (2.4") or 3". I think turbo is usually a 2.4" inlet.

I'm no subbie guy, but sense when does peak tq at 3750 equate to a "high numbers tune"? Tq curve looks pretty grunty to me. I'm sure it drives like a beast of a DD.
