Anyone experienced with retrofitting headlights around LA/OC area?
Specifically the wiring portion...I recently bought the morimoto retroquick system from TRS for my 2013 wrx. I had a buddy paint my headlights and install the projectors but when it came to installing the relay harness we couldn't figure it out so we took everything back apart and reinstalled my old halogen projectors again -__-
Anyone willing to go with me to my buddy's house and do the wiring portion once he puts in the new projectors for me? If you could help me aim the lights too that would be awesome. And obviously I will be paying you Quick easy money for anyone who is experienced with this stuff! All you'll be doing is the wiring and aiming of the lights.

Actually somewhat interested in this too. I may be getting a set for my birthday (in the coming weeks) and, I was planning on figuring it out myself.. but if there is a group thing happening, then hooray.

The relay and harness it came with aren't plug and play? There should be no wire cutting with these kits
The stock headlight harness should plug into the relay harness from TRS and that should plug into the ballasts. |

I was thinking maybe around $40-$50...sounds reasonable enough considering you're just plugging in wires and aiming some lights.
Yeah it's completely plug and play but I have no experience with this stuff so it's all pretty confusing to me. If you could link me to a write up showing what plugs into what then that would be awesome...all i could find online was people explaining how to take apart the lights and install the new projectors |
