Default o4 sti swap? help!!

i have an 04 wrx w/ 04 sti 6 spd. i need to know what axles i need to use in the front because i bought 04 sti front axel, but the hubs are still different. my 5spd had female axles and the sti has male axles. so can i just use the stubs out of a 5 spd and pop them in the 6 spd tranny and use my male 5spd axles?

Just go buy yourself two front WRX axles from an 05-07. They are plug and play with your hubs and your trans. You might be able to use your stubs, but then you need to replace the seals too. Not impossible, but a pain. Then sell your femail axles and call it a day.
