Default clutch get's stuck to the floor

a couple of days ago i was driving my 02 wrx on the freeway and all of a sudden when i looked for the clutch to change gears it was stuck the the ground. so i exited the freeway and then lifted up the clutch with my foot and then it drove ok again. the next day, i drove it thinking it was ok and i was at a light and the clutch was stuck to the ground again and had to bring it back up with my foot. the thing is that after a couple of times that it gets stuck to the floor it works fine after. what could the problem be? do you think it's my clutch fuild since i havn't changed it ever since i bought the car? and that was 1 year ago and i've put around 11,000+ miles on the car and it had 23,000 since i bought it so around 34,000 miles.

my car has an ACT street clutch with an ACT flywheel and it's been driving fine for 4000+ miles until a couple of days ago.

any info would be great
