There was such contrast in KB and TP's driving style. KB looked silly fast both days, where TP looked more cool and relaxed. Guess it paid off as Travis sneaked by after Ken's puncture cost him 40 seconds.

It was great to see the top 4 cars run hard all day Saturday, even on the last stage. No one backed down or settled for their spot.

I know it wasn't a Subaru, but if anyone finds pictures of car #37 anywhere out there, please shoot me a link.

I would love to have a picture of us hitting the big jump on Concord Pond.

#37. what kind of car/detailed desriptions/colors maybe? I have a few pics from the concord pond stage but some are hard to make out numbers cause the best shots were head on and from behind where I was. no jumps though but I can look through and see if I have any/my boyfriend has any...let me know

Maroon VW Golf with yellow vinyl stripes on the rear of the car. It looks kind of like this:

Wasn't there, but I did see car #15 (a PGT bugeye) spin and end up on it's side in a ditch. Driver/co-driver came over and hung out in our spectator area till sweep came along. We thought for sure they were done for the day, but were thrilled to see them come down the hill on the next stage, no bumpers and all!

Nothing a new front control arm and a 4lb hammer can't fix in 15min. If the car can still run and roll on 4 wheels then you can be sure there will be no DNF for us.

Glad we could get you and Jer out and moving again.

and thanks for the fuel before the last stage. because of the hangups on the first two stages on day 2 we ran out of time to pick up extra fuel for the day. my old fuel calcs don't hold with the ethanol crap now.

oh and I found your mudflap in the truck when we got home. I can send it your way if you want it.

Much appreciated for the tow. It was by chance we had fuel...we didn't know about the last fuel stop so we tried to run to Errol and back to DOT in like 20-30min. ~45miles to cover back and forth. We were just a bit late but in time to fuel up your truck...hahaha.

Oh the mudflap is alive! feel free to send it if you have time.

Thanks!

The Broken Motorsports gang "Pressed On Regardless" all day Saturday! The whole 894 team was proud to have competed against them all weekend. If we'd had any spares at all to loan, they would have been offered.

Thanks anyway! We only ran the first day and the motor was cutting out on concord pond. On our way to Berlin, NH on saturday the motor stalled on the highway. Turns out the timing belt shred at the crank.
