Not sure how to post pics from the hard drive (not internet), so you are stuck with text:
My ride is a Tornado Red '08 Triumph 1050 Sprint ST. It just turned 2 years old, with ~20k miles now on the odo. I had hoped to take it to Colorado this week and follow the US Pro Cycling Challenge, but family stuff intervened. Grrrr. This is my daily driver, as the WRX is typically used on rainy days- which we no longer have in this part of Texas. |

Anyone else get stuck on their bike last night in that freak thunderstorm that came through Dallas. I have never been wetter in my life (that's what she said) then when I finally got home.

Man it is all about the rubber that is for sure. Never knew until you go to a track day and it rains and guys are still dipping in close to 100mph.

Yeah I ride the scooter everyday just about. Only a 8 mile commute but it adds up.
$4 will get me over 100 miles. If it would do 85mph I would have a **** ton more miles on it. |

thread is dead.... everyone I know is selling or buying bikes right now.
Got the GSXR600 for the track only. Hopefully I get it all painted here in the next 2 weeks. Then I bought the wife a 64' vintage 2 stroke Vespa. I thought it was just a little toy but this thing will book it. |

The weather has been so nice lately that I've had the bike back out of winter storage and out for the past five days. Yesterday and today are perfect for riding.

I went to ride the scooter today and the battery was too low. Had to hook it up to the tender.

If you get a streetbike and some track gear you can hitch a ride with me. My trailer holds 2 bikes, I'll only charge you lunch. I even know of a nice SV650 with GSXR full fairings and a 1000 front end swap for cheap. It is track only though. I think he will take 2k but I didnt tell you that.
