Default MAIC Pay It Forward Thread

MAIC Member Lando's most brilliant post ever!

Basic idea is if you have GOOD junk or car parts, books, electronics, whatever, that you don't want or need... Offer it up for FREE to someone else.

Now, hopefully the receiver also has something to offer. But you don't HAVE to offer anything. There is no forced participation if you happen to receive something.

Basically, put up your unwanteds, ask for no money, do someone and favor and then they can pay it forward

Note: This is not a request thread. This is also not a place to force a trade on somebody. This is just a place to say "Hey instead of me throwing it away... take it!"

Ok, figured I have a bunch of crap (to me) that I will never find myself using... maybe one of you will find something useful. There's a random strut nut. See pictures below!

The thing wrapped in green cellophane is an OEM STi (2005) oil pickup tube. I installed a Killer B and won't need this one. Was not cracked.

MAF tube... seems generic. I polished it up best I could. Looks to be a 2.5"-3"

Things I have that need a home (I need to verify/locate everything and I'm sure I have a lot more stuff laying around):
OEM 2008 STI springs
OEM 2008 STI radiator
OEM 2008 STI catback
OEM 2008 STI shifter
OEM 2008 STI shift knob
OEM 2008 front speakers and tweeters
OEM 2008 front and rear sways (if they don't go on my wife's Forester)
OEM 2004 airbox

Huge huge huge thanks to VXSS for the BT Aero wing that I picked up today.

Also, ImNOrobo I do in fact have #1 of what you were looking for, I picked it back up today since it was an extra one.

No worries Matt, just wanted it to go to someone who had a use for it. Post pics when you get it all set up.

Update: BTA spoiler (claimed, picked up, and no longer available)

OEM 2009 STi downpipe and catback. (together or separate) GONE 6/1

OEM 2009 STi springs (there is a claim on them now, but no takers for a runner up if it falls through) GONE 6/1

Currently up for grabs:

- '03 WRX front sway bars
- '03 WRX front end links

If anyone has some leak-free A/C lines, let me know. I sold my spare set a couple weeks ago, only to find out recently that mine are leaking.

Any chance anyone has those rubber rear fender liners ? I put my wheels on the other day and I'm rubbing in the rear. The ones on my car are keeping the lip from cutting my wheels but I'll probably rub thru them soon.
