Default clutch upgrade

I'm in the market for a new stage 2 or 3 clutch. What clutch would you recommend? I heard bad things about ACT. I was thinking about Clutch master's but then read somewhere that somebody had it on their car for approx 9000 miles and then it started slipping. I also saw on Nopi.com a company called competition clutch. Any info would be appreciated

What do you have for mods, how many miles on your RS?
Mine is starting to slip at 77k . I'm also in the market for an upgraded clutch, maybe lightened fly wheel too.

Default Clutch

Hi, I have an exedy clutch(heavy duty/organic material I believe). The pedal feel is just a touch firmer, and it holds alot more. I have done some serious clutch smoke outs(oops), as well as some friends of mine and it is getting a lot less firm but I know thats to be expected. I got about 20,000 miles of hard driving on this clutch, and i'd say it got about another 20 to 25K more of similar driving. If you don't drive too hard I'd say it will last a lot longer. I would'nt recommend a ceramic or kevlar material, it will shock the hell out of your transmission if you are hard on the clutch. Good Luck, Keith

My mods include weapon r intake with a cold ram air kit, Borla gen 4 headers, Mr Josh's pulley, rallispec exhaust. I have 35K on my car and I think that stage 2 or 3 clutch will give me better performance. The exedy clutch only comes in stage 1 right? Also, I read in the classifieds somebody is selling a SPEC stage 2 clutch. From the description it seems very good.
