Question Ownly I have a few questions for yah

I seen the pics of the 22b from a previous post. Is that a local dealership near you? If so where exactly is the dealership, can you provide me with their address and number? Also do you know the price of the 22b with full options?
Ok your probably asking why I'm asking so many questions. The reason is because I am interested in importing one, one day.

Thanks,
Mad Max

Before you do, you may end up with a case of the dreaded "rsquire Dilemma". It's a rare disease.

Ask rsquire for the painful details.

In short :

He owns a 22B. It's in England. He's here in the US. He went there to pick it up. He came back without it. He still owns the 22B.

Cool

I miss my baby pics of it at
http://www.therapysubb.net/cars/rsquire/index.htm

Here are the rules for importing into the USA
http://www.customs.ustreas.gov/imp-e...formal/car.htm

But this is the important one.
http://www.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/rules/import/

When I originally bought the car back in Nov the NHTSA advised me that it would meet the Show/ Display rules but when I spoke with them again in Jan. It was a case of no way..

Ah Well, At least the airfares to the UK are cheap at the moment.

Oh it now has the Scoobysport downpipe and the Link ecu fitted and is errmm quick

The suspension has the "prodrive settings" which has dialled out any understeer.

That dealer by the way is in New Zealand and the 22B is apparently on sale for ~US$50K

Did you manage to find out what mods have been made to it?

Has it been dyno'd at 400ps or is that the salesman talking

Lightbulb

Lets figure out a way to import the thing from another country where there are less restrictions, like from Canada. Or get a hugh company that gives prizes away to get on in the states. I can see it now. Who wants to own a 22b? The next biggest tv show.

Any one know some good smuglers? I wonder if we use the vin off a impreza rs and put it on the 22b.

HEHE

I will plot a way of doing it. Who will help?

I believe it is a vague reference to "Who wants to be a millionaire." If you only get five of the ten or twelve or whatever number of questions correct, you win a Festiva (instead of like $1000- personally, I'd take the cash).
