Thank you!! I'm also glad Crawford is being proactive and addressing the return policy with RSD. That's going to help future customers so they don't get shafted like I did with RSD's standard return policy

I bought some lowering springs that looked like it had been opened and had scratches all over. Sent pictures got it returned no problem.
Bought tranny mount, the bolt spun immed, sent a video and got that replaced. Were a bit more stingy to get this one done.
This was a couple years ago.
Recently bought some rotors and brakes and couple rotors are already ****ed up and its become a hassle to get it replaced.
Seems like they have some new inexperienced people to chat with recently.
They seem to try and use the excuse, they have to talk to the people they bought it from before a refund/return is possible which is kind of weird .
For the Tranny mount I remember going thru Perrin and it seemed like Perrin forced them to work with me and get a new one..
I think Ill still order from them but I have to do more work documenting everything I get from them on video, so I have evidence to back my claims that they sent crap.

Ive ordered quite a bit and for the most part theyve been pretty darn good

Not looking to argue with you but this is just blatant misinformation. I've never had to return anything I ordered from them but here is their return policy, quoted directly from their website. NON RETURNABLE - Clearance Items, Special Orders, Open Box / Overstock
RallySport Direct often sells items that are not eligible for return. These items are labeled as Open-Box, Clearance or Overstock merchandise. These items are sold at greatly-reduced prices, therefore all sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both RallySport Direct and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Open-Box, Clearance and Overstocked items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.

RallySport Direct also sells unique or custom order items that are often times made to order and/or are considered special order items. These items are ordered in on a case by case basis. Consequently items indicated as having this Special Order Return Policy are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Special order items require a minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit will not be refunded if the order is cancelled unless the items that were ordered are unattainable from the manufacturer. No returns will be accepted on opened items..

You should read the policy you quoted before you quote it. One dead give away of BS return policy is how long it is (and how many exceptions there are) and how many hoops you have to jump through.

Also, way to disregard another personal anecdote of their poor return and hassle-full return policy. He needs to better document and take videos of what he receives... I’d never buy there again personally if I had to do that to protect my consumer rights. There are way better options/retailers out there.

There is definitely misinformation... and it's coming from RSD. Crawford Performance stated in an email (which I posted a screenshot of) they DO accept returns. They EVEN accept items that have been installed, used, and scratched. There are re-stocking fees associated with this, BUT the fact that RSD says Crawford MANDATED them not to accept open-box items, it's flat out misinformation.

been referred to manufacturer of items for any orders have been dissatisfied with...have great shipping time and parts have all arrived in good shape. only issue off the top of my head was mishimoto radiator caps leaked from day 1, referred to mishimoto and worked with them for 2 weeks then called RSD again and was advised as it had been used not able to return to them but can try mishimoto...all other orders have been great
