Since we're on new wheels, the newest addition to my own...

And a video of the last track day...which ended with me in need of a new engine due to oil starvation causing some failed main bearings and a cracked block. Yay for me.

Those are gorgeous. Is there any different between those and the ZE40 aside from color/finish? They look so similar

I think the only things they have in common are that they are 10 spoke and forged.

I can hear Qwaktastik and Phail filling up each other's inboxes with

"My forged wheels are better than your forged wheels!"

"nuh uh! My forged wheels are better than your forged wheels!"

Lol. Was illustrating the similarities between the two. They look so similiar. I literally thought they were the same with the exception of the finish. But I can see the slight difference in spokes now.

Talking My new 2011 STI

Hello all! I am both new to Subaru and to this forum. Lately, Iíve been a European sports car guy. Formerly, I was a late Ď80ís/early Ď90ís Japanese turbo guy. But Iíve always wanted an STI since they showed up on our shores and now I have one!

Itís a 2011 6-Speed Manual and has really low mileage (currently under 26k).

I look forward to learning from and eventually contributing to the community like I have with Toyota back in the day and BMW now. Happy New Year as well everyone!

You picked a good one! I love those stick wheels the most. And I'm such a fan of Dark Gray Metallic that I had it on both my 08 Forester XT Sport and 11 WRX. Congrats, and welcome, Mr. Winning!

That looks like Plasma Blue Pearl (wanted that color but it was STI-only in 2011).

Oh! I can't tell on my phone. After I posted I honestly second guessed as I really wanted PBP for my WRX, but, as you said, it wasn't available at that time. Would've got it for the BRZ had it been an option. Thanks for clarifying.

Thanks for all the praise, it was a tough choice between the ZE40 and the RZ-F2 but after running Volks matte bronze I was really feeling the finish for sure. Should fit perfect with the upcoming Varis change over along with the new engine. Gonna be an expensive year for sure and I’ll have to wait even longer as the shipping company destroyed my brand new Varis pieces in the last 10 hours of delivery. Couple that with FedEx dropping one of the Advans on delivery and bending one...trend for the update for sure.

Hey guys, I'm looking to get 18 inch RPF1s for my 2013 hatch, currently on stock suspension. Any recommendations on wheel/tire spec?

I'm running 18x9.5's with 265's on a stock suspension. You'll just need to roll the rear fenders, otherwise ideal specs

Silver should be the most common. You just gotta do some digging
