Default Alabama machine shops that have torque plates?

I can't seem to find a machine shop that would know EJ blocks, not to mention own torque plates.
Does anybody know of any they can recommend?
I can drive a little bit...

Reach out to a place in the panhandle of Florida....Emerald Coast Motorsports. They can make you a torque plate or build you a motor and ship it to you. If you are up for the drive it's basically 2.5-3 hours south of Prattville.

As far as you know have they worked subaru blocks before?
They would have to have a torque plate to squeeze the cylinder block during machinning to ensure correct dimensions after assembly.
I want to build the engine myself and need a shop to bore/hone the block and some basic cylinder head cast refresh.

They rebuilt my FXT motor a few years back as well as done up a ton of other motors (EJ and FA). They also do in house closed decks and head work. Really great people and super knowledgeable when it comes to Subaru motors.
