The next-generation Toyota 86 will allegedly get 255 horsepower and come next year, according to a leaked product plan that may have just revealed Toyota’s plans for the next two years.
You have my attention. Just don't overprice the thing by 10k and I'll be happy and consider trading the evo.

It'll be fun to see this car when it arrives. Will it be better than a used Porsche 718 with the turbo boxer? I doubt it.

Wise move to really listen to what people are asking for in a more powerful turbocharged engine. The power level makes sense as that's about what the 4-cylinder Supra will be packing. It's a good car in need of more drama when you floor the accelerator.

I believe the rumor is Turbo 4, doubt torque will be an issue.

So at 255hp, is it possible that Toyota and Subaru just might use the 1.6L Turbo from the Yaris GR. There is no confirmation that it is going to be another Boxer engine.

255hp is awfully close to the 257hp output everyone else is getting outside of Japan for the Yaris GR. Toyota USA response about not get the Yaris GR was we have something else in store for the USA. Perhaps this what they were thinking.

Really, 2004? 5 characters needed to post. "No." isn't postable. "345" is filler to meet the character count requirement.

Seems like a simple ellipses would of sufficed. Instead I guess adding some arbitrary numbers is supposed to just make sense...

“Arbitrary”
O=1
K=2
3,4,5

As opposed to Ok)))

One makes sense and is universal, the other looks like the poster had a stroke.

Yup, by your definition of an ellipsis, you do look like you had a stroke))). Since an ellipsis is by definition a punctuation mark consisting of 3 dots to save space for less relevant information.

Saying Ok... makes more sense than typing out what he did. But I guess I will just have to get used to people typing out more than needed that isn't used universally.
