Angry No power nearly anywhere

I've just gone and swapped an 02 wrx harness into an 02 rs and I'm not getting power nearly anywhere. The cluster chimes and gets power but doesn't light up on key turn. I've gone over connections and grounds per the FSM and nothing seems to be missing. I get no crank, dash lights, relay clicks, fuel pump, nothing. I'm surprised something this major isn't more obvious. What am I missing?

Sounds like you blew one of the big fuses under the hood. Some are bolt in, most are plug in.
You can usually pop the clear cover off the top of the fuse, then meter each side to ground checking for voltage.
Battery volts on both sides of the fuse is what you want.

To replace bolt ins, you need to dismount the fuse box and pull the top and bottom covers off to get to the nuts/bolts. I believe they are 8mm hex head.
