Default 2006 legacy GT MT engine swap to a 2006 Outback AT chassis.. any advice?

Hey everyone, new member looking for some advice to get me out of the dog house.. I procrastinated replacing my wifeís oil pan in her Ď06 outback AT and developed a major knock.. picked up a donor car for a new engine.. the donor is a 2006 legacy GT MT.. what am I getting myself into??? I see Iíll have to modify the crossmember for the uppipe.. and will have to find an Outback XT computer.. but what else am I missing and how much more complicated is the wiring gonna get? I appreciate your advice and support
