do these work with stock size radiator hoses? or do you need to trim?

Is there any measurement of the improvement in cooling capacity with this part?

Stock Hose, 1/2" from each end and reverse it and it fits like a glove.

High RPM aeration can degrade cooling performance. We've been making them for years, but the original data that came with that suggestion was not our own, but track customer we've worked with. Although, we did just get a slew of sensors and just finished adding auxiliary inputs to our dyno. At the least, I would like to verify the pressure & temp data under our own roof. Historically, customer feedback on the product, especially the road coarse guys, has very positive. I wouldn't say it's a miracle product, it's more a 'this is how it should have been made from the factory in the first place' kind of part. The sharp edge in the OEM piece is just a lesson in how to design a horribly turbulent part

Have had a couple questions about the factory hose fitment. It's super easy. Reverse the hose and trim 1/2 from each side and it fits perfect.

The data on high RPM aeration with the OEM inlet was already out there when we designed our inlet. Measuring thermal transfer improvements due to hot spot reduction in the block is next to impossible, plus it's a simplistic closed loop system (with no operational feedback).

We have some radiator testing in our future, but I don't see this product being a part of it. It will be installed though.

I think for most looking to optimize the cooling system, a design that has the potential to improve flow and/or reduce/eliminate aeration is an easy decision.

Didn't see this until now. We've already been DMing. Thank you Killer B.

And for the record, yes: pan, pickup, baffle, spoolinator, header w/ up pipe.

i got one when i updated my radiator after it finally blew (oem radiator made it to 137k surprisingly lol), it's a nice quality piece. i got it cause i know killerb really puts work into design/r+d and figured it would be a bit of safety since i'm slowly starting to track the car more and more.
