this is purple
Yup! But it does have its "purple appearance hue" days every now and then depending on the lighting... It's a real dissociative color. Wished it looked like this more often than the dark blue!

Well I was at a friend's house on Saturday night and some jealous worthless members of society decided to egg my drivers side door. I left my friends house around 2am and there were no street lights so I didn't notice it until I got home the next morning. Washed the car got all the residue off only to find out that the sub par Subaru paint had chipped and discolored in the impact area. This is common when egg enzymes sit on the clear coat they can cause discoloration. Waiting on insurance to respond to my email. I believe my comprehensive coverage covers vandalism. Is it wrong of me to think people like this should be wiped from existence.

I had a bunch of mods planned for this fall but now my plans are being pushed... Can't win for trying.

That sucks man. My car got messed with all the time. People cant respect ****. Its just jealousy unless you think you did something to someone to cause this.

Anyway take some claybar to it. Follow with some compound. it should bring that shine back. If not then just go with a harsher pad. But wait for insurance to call you back. If you can get a new paintjob by all means do that!

Definitely didn't do anything to anyone. I don't even know the area. My buddy just got married so we were visiting him at he and his wife's new home. Just a routine visit. I even parked on the street not to annoy the neighbors with my exhaust. But like you said jealousy or ignorance is the likely culprit. No one teaches their kids to respect other people's property anymore.

Yeah some people lack discipline, morals and ethics in their life and unfortunately even kicking their head in doesn't address that problem. Makes you feel better to make them choke on their teeth but in the end they will be the same useless wastes of space they were before.

So its that time of year where I start flipping the car into winter mode . Racks are the first step cause I am lazy. Alignment shop is 2nd step to take some camber away so my Blizzaks have tread left on the inner tire after 500 miles!

Took some pics after a wash though, nothing like high performance summer tires and snowboard racks... Enjoy...

Yes sir! I got studs that were 10mm longer than stock and threw on 5mm spacers. I spent alot of time with measurements brembo had as well as some paper CAD cutouts to ensure it worked.

My back up plan was new wheels haha

I just washed my Car, I'll post a pic soon ( didn't wax ). Just washed and cleaned inside.

Not gonna lie, the STi sedan is AMAZING. I'd only get an STi in a sedan just because of the wing... I can't picture an STi as a hatchback

I picked her up on Thursday with 10 miles, got her home with 16 miles. Did a lot of driving this weekend just to get through the break in process...logged about 300 miles. It's so frustrating, but I know it will be worth it.

First mod was de-badging. Hopefully get her in the shop for Tint this week. Also, ordered the short throw shifter and got the dealer to sell me the shifter at cost with free install. Here's a few crappy cell pics. Also, a pic next to my other fun car.

At the dealership:

De-badge:
